How does location approval work?
Send the city or ZIP, timing, location type, people count, concept, and helpful room details. I review access, power, ceiling height, load-in, parking, permissions, and the setup needed. Only after your location is approved will I request the $88 booking fee, which is applied to your balance.
Is there a minimum room size?
There is no universal minimum-space or onsite-duration guarantee. The space guidance helps me evaluate a workable plan, but room measurements alone do not guarantee approval. The concept, people count, ceiling, furniture, access, power, and lens-to-subject distance all matter.
How many backdrops or lighting looks are included?
The $555 session includes one backdrop and one lighting look. The $888 session includes up to two total backdrop/light looks. Anything beyond those limits needs an eligible add-on or custom quote.
What happens if weather affects the location?
For outdoor load-in or concepts affected by weather, we will assess conditions and choose the safest workable plan. A weather-driven reschedule is coordinated case by case; dates and locations are not treated as approved until confirmed.
How is travel calculated?
The first 25 one-way driving miles from the private Sanford base are included. Miles 26–50 add $55, miles 51–75 add $111, and anything beyond 75 miles is custom. Distance uses the shortest practical one-way driving route, so some Orlando locations may incur travel.
Can I book Mobile Studio for commercial work?
Commercial work is custom. Teams, products, campaigns, paid advertising, brand or event activations, licensing, assistants, expanded deliverables, and multi-set production route to a Brand / Team / Production Day inquiry starting at $1,555.
When are the finished files delivered?
Mobile Studio Session edits are due by the end of the next calendar day unless otherwise agreed. Extended Mobile Studio edits follow that timing, with the incidental recap delivered within two calendar days unless otherwise agreed.
What happens after I submit the space check?
Your email app opens with a complete inquiry draft. Attach 2–4 room photos or add a share link, then send it. I review the plan, confirm any travel or custom needs, and respond with approval or the next question before requesting the booking fee.
